Just a reminder of unrepaired hurricane damage

Hurricane damage yet to be repaired - missing railings, lobby leaks, spalling cracks, hanging wires, fallen fences and blown out airways - so much yet to be done.

Gee I don't understand. All year Phil and Bruno have been saying what a bang up job they've been doing especially in the finance and maintenance areas: under Phil's direction.

If the building has this many issues, don't you wonder what the accounts really "look" like?

Scary thought!

This should be unacceptable to every owner! Consider the $2,430,000.00 dollars that were in our accounts; this money should have made it possible to complete all repairs by now. This Board must be fired for mismanagement and incompetetence. They are an embarassment and danger to Coral Beach!

This is to provide additional detail on some of the photos:
1.) Photos 1 and 2 show a 7th floor studio apt missing railing which was destroyed in the hurricane 3 years and 4 months ago. If you click on the photo and enlarge it, you will be able to see it much clearer. I don’t think much comment is necessary regarding the potential liability to the unfortunate owner, Coral Beach Management Ltd. and especially the Directors of the Board.
2.) The last photo is the partition wall at the entrance to apt 3705.
3.) Although there are no photographs shown, there is also hurricane damage not yet repaired in all of the paneling in the six airshafts.
