Nice day today - at last the cold front is moving by, still a tad breezy though.
Just another quick reminder to double check your December accounts as I hear that payments will be accepted until Jan 24th! Don't get caught out by an unexpected billing to those accounts - I hear some charges have been added as the books were being finalised after the December statements went out. And don't forget that the latest proxy is the one that counts, just in case you are having second, or third, thoughts.
The Coral Beach Fortune Hills Invitational Scramble will be taking place on February 29th 2008 - I wonder if it has ever been played on that day of the month before? Anyway, check in time is 8.00am and start at 8.30am. The cost - which includes lunch - is $36 for Members of the Club and $60 for non-Members. Players will have got their eye in after the GBAWC match the week before......
