Lovely morning, sunny and humid but no wind, so my guess is that most Owners will find themselves by the pool today for the first time in a few days (except for the truly hardy!) .
The Front Desk is piled high with the Financial Reports from Coral Beach Management Co. Ltd. and Kenilworth Ltd. so collect your copies and, while you are sunbathing, you can study it in comfort.
Just a reminder that the Minutes of previous AGM's are available on the 'archive' website www.coral-beach-hotel.com and I recommend you read the Minutes from 2005 and 2006 plus 2007, as together they give a really good overall picture of the Owners response to problems caused by the three hurricanes in 2004/5.
