Clarification regarding possible candidates

I have been asked to post this from an Owner:

Question to the candidates Mark Lampf and Richard Morandini (who was not at the Owners Forum on Dec. 28th 07 and not referred to at all by the President during that Forum)

I quote from the "Owner's Forum" report :
"The Board will also be recommending Mark Lampf as a Board Member as he has needed expertise and who, together with Tom Reichman, had had their offers to help rebuffed by the Board last year as BR sought to protect them from the abuse that comes with taking on the task of Board member."

Are you running for the 2008 BOD?
Can you clarify your position?

Thanks to both candidates.

For clarifation puposes I am running for a board postion. I am running independantly and I have tried to circulate my resume to as many people as I could while I was at Coral Beach for the holidays. Based on my resume I was asked by the current Board if I would accept their endorsement which I did. It is my intention to bring my financail skills and previous board experieince to Coral Beach.

Thank you, Mark H Lampf

PS. What is not on my resume is that I have been going to Coral Beach since 1979 and became an owner in 1990

Thank you again, Mark H Lampf

Mr. Lampf & Mr. Reichman, thank you for offering your services to Coral Beach, that being said.

Thank you to Bruno for protecting these gentleman from Owner abuse even though they had much needed experience CB could have used, but this year it's ok.
Does that make sense to anyone?

ABUSE: mistreat, insult, corrupt
practice, etc.
Got a mirror Bruno??

My question to Mr. Lampf is do you really believe that excuse?

Does that mean Mr. Rufa and Mr. Galiano were trying to protect all of the owners who volunteered their time and expertise?

What sensitive and caring men they must be.

First I would like to thank Mr. Reichman for being a candidate in the 2007 election. There is always the risk of not being elected as I also was. It is a humbling experience and takes courage to step up to the plate. Coral Beach desperately needs more volunteers, people with skills and initiative. I am grateful that Mark Lampf has come forward also.
Secondly, as I am sure you know, the statement giving the reason for rebuffing volunteers is laughable and not credible.
