The Pool Bar looks better, even if it remains out of bounds.62 days to the AGM so I hope the AGM 'package' with Nominees names for the 2008 Board plus President's Report, Proxy Forms and instructions are circulated very shortly.
It would also be nice to know which Board members and/or Alternates and/or Owners make up the various committees, ie Governance, B & G, Rentals, Nominations, Parking & Storage, etc
For those interested in the ongoing discussion about the scope of the 2006 Auditor's Report please check the comments under "Benches came back" posting - clarification has been made by one Owner.

I have been a good girl all year and wish for the following for Christmas:
1. Bruno's deportation to last forever.
2. Certified audited financial statements and a full accounting of where Coral Beachs' money went.
3. One of Phil's projects to finally work.
4. NotArized proxies/honest election.
5. The pool bar to be opened by Christmas.
6. The pool to be heated properly.
7. Legal counsel to work for all Coral Beach owners.
8. Roofs that don't leak.
9. (7) functioning Board Members - not just 2.
May these wishes come true and bring unity to ALL Coral Beach Owners.
