Terrace work proceeding

A new fan has been installed in the entrance lobby, replacing the old 'wagon wheel' . Yesterday I was up on the 12th floor of Riviera Towers and took the best angled shot I could of one of Building 3's terraces. It certainly shows how the water pools at the centre of the deflection.

The pallet of concrete (at 94 lbs a bag) is slowly diminshing as work continues on one of the terraces in Building 3. Mr Rolle has been working on setting the levels on the terrace in readiness for the application of material to ensure a slope out and down towards the scuppers - you can see how much material will be needed to achieve this by looking at the height of the nail/string by the vent.

I have not forgotten about the Nomination procedures, but as Tiffany Dennison said to us on Friday, until the result of the Board's meeting with her tomorrow, we will not receive the requested legal opinions from her.

More and more old friends are arriving from the cold, wintry north into what is the very best weather you can find. It is just perfect - and looks to be staying so for a good few days yet.

Rufa said during an owner's forum last year, that we should contact Tiffany Dennison if we had issues of concern.

What's reason for censoring her now? Hiding something?

They may be the Board, but they are supposed to represent the owners. They have failed miserably. They also seem to forget we pay Mrs. Dennsion's salary and Coral Beach isn't a dictatorship, although it seems so.

We should also remember that a number of the issues Mrs. Dennison has had to become involved in are as a result of reckless actions specifically by Rufa and Galiano.

94 lbs per bag of concrete.

Now let's do some math....not you Phil...leave the math to us.

Who can give the square footage we are covering and let's figure out the weight we are putting on our roofs. Do you suppose anyone has spoken to a structural engineer on this issue?
