Breakfast for two....
9.15am on a Saturday morning and Le Med must be the place to be - certainly it was for Mario Donato and Tiffany Dennison who seemed to be enjoying each others' company. Maybe they had already agreed on the formalities required to ensure the legitimacy of proxy forms to be submitted at the AGM, maybe they had agreed on who can and who cannot stand as a Director or maybe the opinions that a number of Owners are waiting for were being passed by Mr Donato for his approval. Bon apetit!

Can anyone confirm that Ms. T. Dennison has ever been retained or provided services to Mario Donato personally or to/through one of his many business holdings.
I believe she must legally (we must sign off)disclose any potential nvolvment/representation to the owners of Coral Beach & the BOD in order to prevent a conflict of interest.
This loop is becomming quite sensitive, problematic and bordering on much more.
Phil ... violation of article #70
Bruno ... deportation
Bruno & Mario ... joint venture
Mario ... a force to be respected
Dennison ... timely procrastination
Are we surprised? It has been clear from the beginning that Tiffany Dennison is used as a tool of the Board of Directors, which includes Mario too. Perhaps he is the one who proposed her to be the Coral Beach counsel in the first place. There appears to be a suspiciously close connection by name: some of Mario's holdings at Coral Beach are listed under the name of "Barefoot Postman" and the name of Tiffany's husband's business is "Barefoot Marketing" which is housed in the same building as her law office. In fact, an example of his PR work is prominently displayed on his office door in a poster for an event at Xanadu, which is owned by Mario.
All of this is very short-sighted on her part as none of this will help Tiffany retain her position as Coral Beach counsel when the Board is either voted out or thrown out. And, as more and more information continues to come to light, either one of those scenarios is inevitable.
Speaking of Tiffany Dennison who is the legal counsel for Bruno and Mario's 2$ store venture.????
One would hope that Coral Beach owners are not paying for that expense along with any legal fees regarding his deportation? He is in constant contact with Tiffany.
We certainly are not paying her for answers.......
At our meeting with Ms Dennison this morning (26th Nov) she informed us that a) her husband was not the owner of Barefoot Marketing and b) she was very upset that her family had been mentioned on the blog. As far as whom she may or may not represent - outside of CBH interests - this is also not a matter for this blog.
