A worthy re-posting

There are doubtless many owners who are sympathetic to Mr. Galiano in that his personal life has been subject to minute inspection. Before shedding too many tears remember that he is responsible for a million dollar budget with little or no oversight. It is a matter of utmost concern to owners that their investment is being managed in a responsible manner. The evidence on the web site shows that Mr. Galiano is lacking fundamental management skills and personal restraint in accumulating so much debt. It is apparent now why Mr. Galiano buys ornamental trees while a dozen or so apartments are suffering damage from leaks. The vocal critics have a justifiable point. Also, Mr. Galiano and Mr. Rufa have worsened the entire situation by the lack of reporting and their habit of not answering questions. Want to shed a tear? Do so for Coral Beach.

would somebody explain to me why this guy, Galiano, is still in charge of repairing the roofs?! First the roof repair fails, then the terrace repairs fail, then the guy designs a scupper system that dumps water right at the foundation of all the buildings causing more leaks than ever. You can only explain that as either gross incompetence or deliberate sabotage of our complex. All of this is costing the owners more and more $$$$$$$$$$$$$$. What does a guy have to do to get fired around here?!

I'd love to know the answer to that myself!

Let's not forget the aluminum tape, then the peel and stick, then the torch down and now the cement. What's the plan? If you layer enough stuff it's bound to stop the leaks? It would be very interesting to know how much has been wasted, oops, I mean spent on these numerous failed attempts.

And let's not forget our beloved President, who due to a "set up" by the former Slate of Seven, disgruntled ex employees, everyone who's spoken out against them (did I forget to mention anyone in this conspiracy?), was asked to leave the Bahamas. I'm sure it has absolutely nothing to do with the fact he was caught red-handed working - while "renting" the CB truck, oops I mean utilizing the "trash removal services".

So if Bruno was concentrating on his multi million dollar venture with Mario Donato, as he so publically announced at the pool one night. Bet he wishes he'd kept that nugget to himself...
And Phil drains, I mean runs the accounts (Treasurer) and heads up maintenance, major projects, purchasing, pool bar design, landscaping, coconut tree signing, etc. etc. (B&G Chairman)
I wonder if we should file missing person reports on the rest of the board?

I hope we don't make the same mistake again this year. I don't think we can afford it.
