Lot 4 and scan of GBPA letter




For those Owners who can re-size these documents, you will see that Lot 4 is adjacent to Lot 3 directly behind Coral Beach Hotel (lot numbers 31 and 32) - Lot 3 now being generally referred to as the 'sand pit'. On the map to the left you will see CBH zoned in mid-brown at the immediate edge of the white area that is zoned for single family housing along Lucayan Beach. Directly between the rear of the CBH zone on to Royal Palm Way you will see 6 plots marked for single family housing.
Owners will recall the initial response to this purchase from the incoming 2005 Board. As an Owner has commented to me "It might be interesting for people to read (the GBPA letter) since it proves his"intention" to spend funds in a fashion not approved by the "whole condominium" "society", and when funds are extremely low, even though his intent was probably to get the"gold" out and replace it with rock. Amazing to try to take that course of action when the previous purchase caused such an uproar!! " I have already re-typed the GBPA letter in full but some Owners may wish to see the letter for themselves.

Pat- you are a super sleuth - the rest of us must hurry to keepup with youo and get our heads out of the sand"pit"! Imagine - how voacal we were at the last AGM and how we were reassured that BOD needed a 75% approval from owners to buy any more land. THOSE CROOKS!
