Nominating Committee, Jennifer Campbell, Coral Beach
Re: Nomination for Board of Directors
Dear Ms Campbell and Nominating Committee

Enclosed please find my nomination, second and photograph and resume for nomination for the Board of Directors at Coral Beach.

My parents started coming to Coral Beach in the mid 1970's. I started visiting Coral Beach with my family and immediately fell in love with the friendly, family oriented atmosphere.

We purchased our unit 2006. I was looking forward to being part of this community of old friends as well as new ones. I also hoped that our condominium would be a good investment with the potential to appreciate.

I will work for and with my fellow board members to bring honesty and integrity to Coral Beach.

As a director I would be open and responsive to the owners of Coral Beach in a truthful, cooperative and positive manner.

I am fortunate to be able to spend long periods of time in the Bahamas and I have the desire and the willingness to be of service to this community, enhancement of our mutual enjoyment of our great facilities and the long term preservation of our investments.

Sincerely,
Donald Pecora

Mr. Lampf, I seem to remember you asking the Board some very pointed, logical and pertinent questions at the last AGM. If my memory serves me correctly you also volunteered your services. There's no doubt but that they did not accept your most generous offer....that proof is in the financial mess we are headed towards now.

We need board members like you and Tyrone and the others who can bring Coral Beach back from a death spiral.

I see you have board experience and am wondering if you have ever seem seven people (even five or three) in such an incredible lockstep performance?

I dearly hope that all owners carefully inspect and appreciate these gentlemen's credentials.
Their skills are urgently needed.
An additional point is that, in fact, Mr. Lampf volunteered as early as 2005 (as did 32 others) few were utilized. Even though I was on the Board I couldn't get a consensus to use more of the volunteers.
